Prof. Abraham Waithima
Real Estate Development and Private Equity firm, Fusion Capital, has appointed DLPDI Director, Prof. Abraham Waithima, as its board representative at LOLC Microfinance Kenya.

LOLC is a financial conglomerate with diverse interests including agriculture and plantations, renewable energy, leisure and accommodation, construction, manufacturing, trading and information technology.

Magdaline Kiyeng
The Governor, Elgeyo Marakwet County, Hon. Wisley Rotich, has appointed Ms. Magdaline Jerotich Kiyeng as a member of Elgeyo Marakwet County Budget Committee and Economic Forum, for a period of five years. Ms. Kiyeng will represent Civil Society Organizations. She works in the Office of the Vice Chancellor, Daystar University.
